Hygiene Concept

This concept has been specially developed to reduce the risk of infection and prevention of resistant bacteria in intensive farming.

A 3 step process.

1. Cleaning with enzymes ensures that the biofilm, the protective coating of bacteria, is broken down.

2. By oxidative disinfection, bacteria, viruses and fungi are killed quickly and effectively.

3.The use of probiotics leads to an environment in which pathogenic bacteria are less likely to multiply.

Glanzym is an enzymatic, strong foaming cleanser for removing persistent organic pollutants. The foaming of Glanzym provides better adhesion and corrosion, making it ideal for cleaning vertical surfaces and hard to reach places.

Procedure:

  • Mix Glanzym with warm water (40-45 ° C).
  • Leave for least 15 minutes.
  • Cleaning under high pressure with clean warm water (40-45 ° C).

Dosage:

  • High: 1: 100 (1%) = 20 liters Glanzym per 2000 liters of water for 1000m² surface. 
  • Low: 1: 200 (0.5%) = 10 liters Glanzym per 2000 liters of water for 1000m² surface.

Oxidative disinfectant.

Dominate Liquid is a spray that is composed of a selection of probiotic bacteria. These good bacteria naturally go into battle with pathogenic bacteria. The pathogens have less chance to multiply and lowers the risk of digestive problems and skin diseases.

 

 

Effects

Poultry   

  • Drier bedding
  • Fewer breast blisters and foot fire
  • Reduction of Coliperitonitis at start up

Pigs

  • Very low risk of diarrhoea in piglets
  • Higher weaning weight
  • Significant reduction in antibiotic use at farrowing

Cattle/Sheep

  • Reduced mastitis
  • Lower cell counts
  • Higher calf/lamb growth rates
  • Less calf/lamb diarrhoea caused by bacteria

Dominate Crumb

Dominate Crumb is a moist crumb which consists of pre-and probiotics on a base of wheat bran. In addition to a spreading agent Dominate Crumb can also be used as ananimal feed. It mainly protects the youngest animals during their first days of life. This results in improved start-up and less downtime.
